Sizes
Measure your waist where you attach the belt: With your pants on, wrap a soft tape measure tightly around your waist, above the adjustment loops, where you attach the belt to your pants.
If you are in between sizes, it is best to choose the smaller size. For example, if your waist is 91 cm, then size L will probably be best for you.
