Soft ballistic protection

The bags are made using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE).
These bags comply with the 2nd class of protection according to DSTU 8782:2018, which means that they can withstand a 9×18 mm (9 mm Makarov), 9×19 mm (9 mm Luger, 9 mm Parabellum) pistol shot from pistols and carbines in a pistol cartridge and 7.62×25 mm (7.62×25 Tokarev). They protect against fragmentation and secondary impact elements.
The STANAG 2920 V50 armor plate has a fragmentation resistance of 758.6 m/s.
